Starter copy — legal review required before production

1. Scope and legal review

These starter Terms & Conditions apply to use of the Allure Industries website and its public information, forms, and downloads. They require review by qualified Indonesian legal counsel before production launch. They do not create a product sale, construction contract, warranty, or professional-design appointment.

2. Acceptable website use

You may use the website for lawful information, enquiry, and evaluation purposes. You must not interfere with operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious material, scrape or overload the service, misrepresent website content, infringe rights, or use forms to send unlawful, abusive, or unsolicited material.

3. Product and project information

Images, application studies, descriptions, catalogues, dimensions, finishes, and other materials are general editorial or preliminary information unless an authorised project document states otherwise. Availability and specifications may change. Suitability, compliance, quantities, pricing, programme, performance, and interfaces must be confirmed for the relevant project.

4. Enquiries, quotations, and projects

A website submission or response does not by itself form a contract or acceptance of work. Any commercial or project engagement should be governed by a separate authorised quotation, agreement, scope, drawing, specification, and approval process. Do not send confidential or sensitive project information until an appropriate channel and authority have been confirmed.

5. Downloads and intellectual property

Website text, graphics, photographs, marks, documents, and layouts are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. A download may be used for its stated evaluation purpose, but it may not be republished, altered, sold, used misleadingly, or presented as an approved project specification without permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

6. External links and availability

External links are provided for convenience and do not make Allure Industries responsible for another site’s availability, security, content, or practices. Website access may be interrupted, changed, or withdrawn for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. No uninterrupted or error-free availability is promised.

7. Privacy and communications

Personal-information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Form and newsletter wording should be read before submitting information. You are responsible for providing information you are authorised to share and for keeping your contact details accurate.

8. Responsibility and applicable limits

Use professional judgement and confirm current project requirements before relying on general website information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Allure Industries does not accept responsibility for loss caused solely by unauthorised, outdated, incomplete, or out-of-context use of public website material. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the website or applicable requirements change, with the current date shown above. Questions can be sent to mail@allureindustries.com, by telephone at +62 21-4585-0530, or through the contact page. The production version should state governing law and dispute terms only after legal approval.
