It is designed as a practical demonstration of how a multidisciplinary event can be presented and managed through the Allure website.

Begin with one shared brief

The opening session helps participants separate confirmed requirements from assumptions and open questions. Architects, clients, consultants, contractors, system specialists, fabricators, and installers review performance criteria, reference documents, submission stages, responsibilities, and evidence. The group then maps critical interfaces at sills, heads, jambs, corners, entrances, balconies, roofs, opaque zones, and adjacent trades.

Turn review meetings into decisions

Working sessions use drawings, coordinated models, samples, first-off units, or mock-up plans to examine dimensions, tolerances, supports, fixings, membranes, drainage, seal zones, replacement access, and installation sequence. Every review should record the decision owner, current revision, unresolved comment, due date, and possible effect on cost, programme, procurement, testing, or another trade.

Protect information through delivery

The final session follows approved information into fabrication, inspection, logistics, site feedback, corrective action, and handover. Participants receive a simple framework for tracking revisions, samples, nonconformance decisions, maintenance inputs, and close-out records.
